About the Role

We are hiring a Sales Manager – Energy Solutions to lead sales for advanced lithium-ion energy storage systems, intelligent power backup solutions, and solar-hybrid systems designed for commercial, industrial, and institutional customers. This is a leadership role involving team management, channel development, direct B2B sales, and strategic growth across the Hyderabad region and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead regional sales for smart energy storage & power backup solutions.
  • Drive revenue from factories, offices, hospitals, IT parks, educational institutions, and SMEs.
  • Manage and mentor field sales and telesales teams.
  • Conduct high-level client meetings, presentations, and product demos.
  • Build and manage dealer, distributor, and installer networks.
  • Own monthly targets, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for site assessments and proposals.
  • Travel frequently for client meetings and partner development.

Products You Will Sell

  • Lithium-ion battery-based energy storage systems
  • All-in-one inverter + battery + solar hybrid solutions
  • AI-enabled battery management & remote monitoring platforms
  • Clean, silent alternatives to diesel generators and lead-acid batteries

Skills & Experience Required

  • 2–6 years of experience in B2B sales — energy, solar, electrical, industrial, or infrastructure preferred.
  • Proven experience in closing deals and handling field or telesales teams.
  • Strong negotiation, planning, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to explain technical products clearly in business terms.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi & Telugu.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the region.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Fixed CTC ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month + performance-linked commissions
