About the Role
As Sales & Marketing Manager at Kamala Power, you will drive revenue growth and market awareness for our PuREPower energy storage systems. You'll be the bridge between our products and the customers who need them — building a distribution network, running targeted marketing campaigns, and closing deals that make a real difference in India's energy landscape.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify and onboard new dealer, installer, and B2B channel partners.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Coordinate with product and technical teams to build compelling sales collateral.
- Generate and qualify leads through field visits, events, and digital outreach.
- Maintain a healthy CRM pipeline and report on KPIs to leadership.
- Analyse competitor activity and market trends to refine positioning.
- Represent Kamala Power at trade shows, expos, and customer meetings.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing — preferably in energy, solar, EV, or consumer electronics.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Telugu (or regional language).
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar).
- Ability to build lasting relationships with channel partners and enterprise clients.
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel locally for client visits.
